You can cancel your subscription in 3 easy steps through your Meridian Grooming Account (also known as the Account Portal):
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select View Subscription Details to find the cancellation button at the bottom of the page.
- Select the button and proceed to cancel your subscription until you are given a cancellation confirmation.
You will then receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Please note that we are unable to change or stop the shipment of an order once it has been confirmed.
To avoid getting charged for a subscription order you just need to cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date. This renewal date is automatically set for every three months, but you can extend this or cancel your subscription at any time.
