Return Eligibility and Guidelines
Step 1:
Please check if your order meets all the conditions for a return:
Returns for unopened/unused items: We only accept the return of unopened and unused items that are returned within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information. Items that were purchased in bulk are not eligible to be returned.
Returns for opened/used items: We only accept the return of opened or used items that are returned within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information. If you are unhappy with your purchase after trying/opening the product(s), please first contact us through our support widget and our team will provide return instructions.
Step 2:
Choose a courier service and pay the cost of return shipping. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor do we accept in-person returns. Orders returned in person to any of our warehouses are not eligible for a refund.
To receive a full refund, please return your order to one of our warehouses of your choosing in accordance with the guidelines below:

Step 3:
Please reach out to us through our support widget with proof of your return. Your proof of return must include either an active return tracking number or a photo of your package clearly labeled with a return destination and postage.
Step 4:
Once our support team confirms that your refund has been processed, the funds may take 5-10 business days to return to your original method of payment. This is a standard banking time frame and will vary depending on your financial institution.
Replacement Eligibility and Assistance
Replacement is applicable for:

Any defective, damaged and incorrect products received. Please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery.

The Meridian Trimmer comes with a standard 1-year warranty for any manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.

If you purchased the Extended Protection Plan in a prior order, the coverage will be effective upon expiry of the standard 1-year warranty. We can replace the item(s) placed under this coverage if they are found to be defective or damaged.
In any of the cases mentioned above, please reach out to us through our support widget with a photo or video of the issue(s), the order number, and relevant information about the defective or damaged item. We will provide replacement assistance.
Gifts
Since our eGift cards are digital, we issue refunds via store credit for all returned orders purchased with gift cards.
